The living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, creating the perfect spot to gather and unwind. Each bedroom offers cozy, minimalist comfort, including a private ensuite in the primary suite. Surrounded by trees and peaceful views, it’s the ideal space to relax after exploring Bella Vista’s nearby trails and lakes.

Guests will be provided with a unique door code to use on the front door and the studio door.

Please note: Garage is accessible for bike and vehicle storage. No street parking. The indoor fireplace is NOT available for guest use.

We loved this house! It was in a gorgeous area of Bella Vista, and the back deck was so peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was a quick 15 minute or less drive to all of our favorite Bentonville/Rogers places. \nEverything was clean, and the shower was amazing. My husband and I had a relaxing getaway and would stay here again.
